This year, Parent Teacher Conferences will be held online on Thursday, October 5. This day will also be a non-attendance day for students. The times for conferences will be between 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. After receiving teachers' and parents' feedback, we are continuing to offer this online platform for ease, accessibility, and privacy.
Parents/guardians can sign up now at https://lockporths.meettheteac.... After registering, parents/guardians will receive an email confirmation with a link to access individual conferences, with an option to add the meetings to their calendars. If parents didn't receive the email, they should check their spam folder. Conference registration will close at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 29.
**In order to register for conferences, parents/guardians must have a Parent Portal account set up. If parents/guardians need to create a Parent Portal account today, contact Ann King via email at aking@lths.org. **
Parents/guardians: Please remember that each conference is limited to 10 minutes, and conferences will only take place between 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We encourage all parents to take advantage of these ten-minute conference sessions to touch base with their student's teachers.
Although you have the ability to sign up to meet with all of your students' teachers, you are also able to deselect teachers for classes in which your student is doing well and you have no concerns.
